Tragabuches story

In 1998, the first Tragabuches restaurant was established in Ronda. Its goal at the time was simple: to create the first KM.0 restaurant, where the ingredients take center stage.
Twenty-four years later, we embrace the same philosophy and continue to cook Andalusia.
At Tragabuches, we serve the dishes we have grown up eating — a true celebration of Andalusian cuisine. Every product has a name and a story, coming from a specific farm and a special person.
Tragabuches also dedicates a space for children, featuring the first playroom of the Dani García Group. A bright and spacious area, with the familiar family-friendly atmosphere, where kids can enjoy tables and games designed for fun.
